Shipping Information

  • New Delhi Warehouse
Usually dispatch within 1 working day from New Delhi Warehouse and delivers within 2-5 working days via an express courier partner.
  • Toronto Warehouse
Usually dispatch within 3-7 working days (if ready to ship/in stock items) and within 10-15 working days (if custom/personalized items) from Toronto Warehouse to New Delhi Warehouse and delivers within 15-30 working days. We do quality check, assembling, packaging and then forward it to your doorstep via an express courier partner in India.
Shipping carrier and tracking details are shared after your item is successfully imported to our New Delhi Warehouse in India.

Returns & Exchanges (Canada)

  • Ready to Ship (In Stock) Items:

Eligibility for Returns

Blinglane® wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. 
However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, You may return any item within **30 days** of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, or store credit/gift card.

Any item you return must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [hello@blinglane.ca] with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for where to send your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process, and once we receive your returned item, we’ll facilitate your new order.

 Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Personalized/Custom Items:

    We do Not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom made products except only if the product is damaged in transit or not as described at our website or as per your order details.

Returns & Exchanges (India)

  • Ready to Ship (In Stock) Items:
Blinglane® wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. 
However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item for up to 15 days from the delivery date and get a full refund or store credit/gift card.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Our team will arrange a Free reverse pickup with our logistics partner Delhivery and will initiate a full refund or exchange shipment within 1-2 business days of receiving the reverse shipment at our New Delhi Warehouse.
